The Akron Black Artist Guild (ABAG) serves the community through inclusive, all-ages arts programming that nurtures creativity, leadership, and civic engagement. We offer artist-led workshops, writers’ group, and interdisciplinary classes that explore visual art, literature, technology, entrepreneurship, and wellness. Through programs like Words & Art, Words in Action, and Art in Bloom, ABAG creates meaningful opportunities for youth, families, and emerging and established artists to connect, grow, and use art as a tool for personal development and positive community impact.
